Xero limits daily requests, and a large export can take days. If the auditor wants it Friday, don't start Thursday.

Can I get my money back?
Yes. Email within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, for any reason.
Is this made by Xero?
No. GrabReceipts is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero. It connects through Xero's public API with your permission.
Does a clean report mean my books are right?
No. It shows whether a transaction has an attachment in Xero. It can't tell if the receipt is the right one, or if a record is correct. This isn't accounting, tax or legal advice.
What isn't in the ZIP?
Anything the Xero API doesn't return, and files on transactions outside your dates. Attachments on contacts, accounts and repeating invoices, and unattached Documents files, cover the whole organisation.
I look after several clients. One payment?
Each organisation is one export. The person who connects it is the person who can open it.
Do I really need to keep all this?
It depends on where you are. In the UK, for example, GOV.UK says limited companies must keep records for 6 years. Ask your accountant about your own case.
