Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and SnapPlug ("we", "us") for using this service. You accept them when you tick the box and connect Xero. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
1. Who we are
GrabReceipts is run by SnapPlug, based in the Republic of Korea. Contact: hello@snapplug.app. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero.
2. Who can use the service
The service is for businesses, accountants and bookkeepers, not for personal use. You must be at least 18. You must have the right to access the Xero organisation you connect and to download its records. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm that you can do so on its behalf.
3. What the service does
You connect a Xero organisation with read-only access. We count its transactions for free. If you pay, we download its attachments, unattached Xero Documents files and sales invoice PDFs into one ZIP, with a report of any file we could not download. Attachments on contacts, accounts and repeating invoices, and unattached Documents files, cover the whole organisation. Other records follow the chosen period.
The ZIP contains what the Xero API returns. Large exports can take days because Xero limits daily requests.
Only the Xero user who connected an export can open it.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay, and is US$49 per organisation, per export of up to 5 GB. Payment is due in advance. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment.
5. Delivery
The export starts right after payment. We have delivered it when the ZIP is available to download. You must download it within 7 days. After that we delete it, and we cannot recover it. You are responsible for keeping the ZIP safe after you download it.
6. Refunds
Within 14 days of payment you can ask for a full refund for any reason. Email us and we will refund the payment through Lemon Squeezy. You do not have to give a reason. If an export fails we can also fix it or run it again if you prefer. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.
7. Your data
Your data remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide this service, as our privacy policy describes. For the personal data in your Xero records, you decide why it is processed and we act on your behalf. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. Contact us if you need a data processing agreement.
8. Reports and your records
The missing receipt list only shows that a transaction has no attachment in Xero. It does not show that a receipt does not exist or that a record is wrong. Check the report before you rely on the export. The service is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and the ZIP is not a certified archive. You remain responsible for your bookkeeping, tax filings and keeping records as the law requires.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law or Xero's terms, connect an organisation without permission, try to access other people's exports, test our security without permission, overload or disrupt the service, or resell it.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It depends on Xero and other providers. We may change, suspend or stop the service. If that stops an export you paid for, we refund you.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the export in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for harm caused intentionally.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages or changes at Xero.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version you accepted applies to an export you have already paid for.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea decide disputes, unless mandatory law gives you other rights. Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.
